Havora is a relationship platform designed to help people build intentional, meaningful and long-term connections.

By accessing or using Havora, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

Havora is intended for adults aged 20 years and above.

You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person or create an account using false information.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and protecting access to your account.

Havora may require users to verify certain information to maintain a trusted and safe community.

3. Profiles and interactions

You are responsible for the information, photos and content you provide on Havora.

You agree to communicate respectfully and honestly with other users.

You must not use Havora to:

• Harass, threaten or abuse another person
• Scam or financially exploit another user
• Impersonate another person
• Share fraudulent or misleading information
• Upload illegal or harmful content
• Engage in behaviour that threatens the safety of other users

4. Matching and compatibility

Havora uses information provided by users to support compatibility, recommendations and matching.

A compatibility recommendation does not guarantee that two people will have a successful relationship. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and interactions.

5. Safety

Havora is designed with safety and trust in mind, but we cannot guarantee the behaviour, identity or intentions of every user.

Users should exercise appropriate judgement when communicating with or meeting someone they have connected with through Havora.

6. Suspension and termination

Havora may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where we believe a user has violated these Terms, endangered others, provided fraudulent information or otherwise misused the platform.

Users may also choose to deactivate or delete their account.

7. Intellectual property

Havora's name, branding, designs, software, content and platform are owned by or licensed to Havora and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.

8. Changes to Havora

We may update, modify or discontinue parts of the service as Havora develops.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Havora after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
